Quality control by the Group’s entities is based on the following directions:

- SPC — statistical process control;
- MSA — measurement system analysis;
- APQP — advanced product quality planning and quality program;
- FMEA — failure mode and effects analysis;
- PPAP — production part approval process.

Since 1998, production process, raw material and end product quality audits have been carried out by Omsk Carbon Group’s own quality control laboratory.
